During his career, he has increased the manufacturing output and percentage of productive hours by 40% and 15% respectively at two different manufacturing facilities. Mr. Jacobi has also restructured production and planning departments to allow for shipments to double. His previous experiences, combined with his experiences in manufacturing oversight and optimization while at Newpoint Gas, provide an incredible foundation for leadership.

Mr. Lees has over 10 years experience in Process Engineering, Research and Development, and Project Management. Mr. Lees has worked in all phases of engineering from conceptual design to development, construction, commissioning, and start-up. His comprehensive knowledge base and commitment to excellence present a firm base for successful leadership.

Mechanical Engineering graduate of Kansas State University with 14 years experience in Mechanical, Thermal, and Process Engineering. Mr. Peterson has extensive experience with custom-engineered projects from conception to completion, including fired heaters, indirect fired heaters, ovens, furnaces, and burner systems. He is the in-house authority on thermal analysis, structural analysis, finite element analysis, piping, refractory/insulation, and combustion systems.

Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University. As a regional sales manager and applications engineer at GTS Energy Inc., Ms. Scott worked closely with the design, sizing, and other applications in the process heating industry including oil and gas related projects. She also has experience as a process engineer in a manufacturing plant overseeing chemical and dye in the textile industry, as well as, an industry related heat transfer project with shell and tube and double pipe heater exchangers for ExxonMobil.

Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Faktorovich brings over 30 years of experience designing various parts of power supply operations, 17 years designing process heating equipment including thermal oil systems and steam generators, and seven years experience in project management.
